Our cooking style can best be described as "Traditional with a twist." For instance, we combine two traditional items, Crispy Pata and Karekare sauce, in a wonderful marriage of equals that showcases both. We also feature Sesig Sesig al la Bicol Express, a toothsome combination of sauteed pork and a rich, spice infused, sauce. We love introducing people to the wonders of Filipino food!
